Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction and will be issued within 14 days of our receipt of your valid cancellation request.

4. Cancellation After Programme Commencement

Once a programme has commenced, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will consider the following factors:

  • The stage of the programme at the time of the cancellation request.
  • Whether programme materials, assessments, or consultation sessions have already been delivered.
  • The reason for the cancellation request.

Where a partial refund is appropriate, we will calculate the refundable amount based on the proportion of the programme that has not yet been delivered. We aim to reach a fair outcome in all cases and will communicate our decision in writing within 5 working days of receiving your request.

5. Non-Refundable Elements

The following are generally non-refundable once delivered:

  • Completed written assessments and personalised reports.
  • Consultation sessions that have already taken place.
  • Digital materials that have been accessed or downloaded.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If we are unable to deliver your programme as agreed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to technical failures, illness, or force majeure events), we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative delivery date or, if that is not possible, provide an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion of the programme.
